Speech formatting

When talking in local channel, with /say command or /em command, you can use tags to format the text which will show in the speech bubbles. The tags are edited out from the chat log.

<.b>Test<./b> gives Test
<.i>Test<./i> gives Test
<.center>Text<./center> gives a text that is centered within the speech bubble.

Note, remove the dots from the tags for proper use.

More tags to be added later, like adding color to your text in bubbles... :)
