From Secondhand Lands

This is the dialog used to maintain your skill. For each skillpoint gained (1 per level), you will get 2 respec points, so you will be able to try out different builds.

There are four Skill lines: STR (Strength), CON (Constitution), EMP (Empathy) and MYS (Mysticism). By clicking on a skill you can read a description about it, and whether you have the requirements to acquire it. Once a skill is acquired you can see a list of attributes that you add skill points to and thereby tweak the skill so that it suits you the best.
