In this part of the menu you can find some helpful ways to get help.

The first button I'm stuck! fires off the /unstick command that will move your char a few metres to get free from whatever caused you to get stuck.

Second button Documentation will open this wiki where you can find a bit of info about the game.

Third button Game Master Support gives you a chance to submit a problem to a Game master. It might take some time to get feedback, so please be patient, and try to be as descriptive as you can with the limited typing allowed here. (max 60 characters)
A GM will try to get in touch with you within 72 hours from when the GM page was submitted. Either via meeting you in game to sort the problem, but they can also choose to send you a notification either in game or via email, to the email adress your account has registered.

Fourth button Submit a bug opens the game forums where you can describe bugs you find in game.

Final button Game Credits gives you some info on who made the game and stuff like that. The graphics showing how different pictures progress from first rough sketch to final product are also nice to see.

However, these functions aren't the only ways to get help in game. There is always the possibility to ask for help in Help channel or in World channel. /h for help and /w for world channel.
