Group

The main function of creating a group is for hunting. You will get a list of all group members from which you can click on each of them to target them when you want to buff or heal them. Also within a group you share exp and any loot is distributed in a round-robin manner. You can talk to each other via group channel (/g), and this is also were all loot messages will appear.

To invite people, simply target them, rightclick in the target dialog and choose invite. If the player is not nearby you can use the command /invite <playername>.

Catgirls can only buff partymembers, so to get buffed by any of those you need to get into the same group. If you get the much longer lasting buffs from one of these in the dance zone in Mother Goose village, you can however choose to leave the group and the buffs will not disappear.

Another use of groups is to connect a group of friends for chatting in private, or if you are in different guilds or such.
